Epoxy orange-grain floor paint is mainly composed of epoxy resin, filler, curing agent, etc. It has high hardness and wear resistance, and can effectively protect the ground from external forces such as scratches and abrasion. In addition, epoxy orange-grain floor paint also has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, temperature resistance, dust resistance, etc., and is suitable for floor decoration in various occasions.
The construction process of epoxy orange-grain floor paint is relatively simple, and is generally divided into three steps: primer, mid-coat and topcoat. First, the ground must be flat and clean, and then the primer work is carried out, that is, the epoxy primer paint is evenly brushed on the ground to form a relatively uniform base coating. Then the mid-coat work is carried out. When the primer paint is not completely dry, the mixed epoxy mid-coat paint is poured on the ground, and a roller brush or scraper is used to evenly scrape it to form an orange peel texture effect. Finally, the topcoat work is carried out, that is, the epoxy topcoat paint is poured on the ground and evenly scraped to form a smooth surface. The temperature and humidity need to be strictly controlled throughout the construction process to ensure the curing effect and texture effect of the paint.
